MTU All Ireland Junior Champions

Well done to Ed Meagher and the MTU Junior Hurling team who won the Daragh McCarthy Junior All Ireland Colleges Titles last week defeating DCU.

Intercounty Hurling

Well done to Brian and Noel McGrath who both featured in the last round of the league against Kilkenny in Semple Stadium on Saturday. Brian lined out at full back while Noel came on as an impact sub. The game ended in a draw – with Kilkenny grasping a last minute equaliser. The lads focus will now shift to the first round of the championship against Cork on 19th April and we wish them the best of luck in their preparations for the defence of their All Ireland title.

Intercounty Football

Eoin O’Connell and the Tipperary Senior Footballers were out against Waterford in the final round of the league in Semple Stadium winning on a scoreline of 4-19 to 0-18. This leaves Tipperary in 5th place on the leaderboard. We wish Eoin and the team the best of luck in their preparations for championship.
